Two more publications based on IGLAD data added

Two new entries have been added to the publications list which based their analysis on IGLAD data. One is a presentation on the crash.tech conference 2026 in Ingolstadt, Germany which took place on March 11 and 12 with the title is "Building Cross-Validated Injury Risk Functions for Car-to-Car Impacts from Pre-Crash Predictors Only". The other is an advanced analysis of Europe accidents for the European Connected Motorcycle Consortium from 2023.
